The natural characteristics of this region are a great attraction for tourism and developers. This has resulted in a higher land value that is way beyond the average.

This area currently has one of the highest upturns, or value increases, in the Los Cabos area. Yet land prices here are still at a reasonable price.

Located at San José del Cabo, in the municipality of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur; 45 minutes away from Los Cabos International Airport and 30 minutes away from San José del Cabo.

This land is located in a zone with high tourism potential that has important access-ways, which favor communication with San José del Cabo and La Riviera. Neighboring our land, Mayan Group and Cabo Coral are currently investing in a multimillion dollar highway.
